Todd Oswald - Senior VP of Construction Services
Todd has over 16 years of construction experience and has worked in Indiana, Oregon, Florida, Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina and Washington. 

Todd’s broad based knowledge of the construction process and commitment to excellence is key in the management of all new and existing projects.  Cost Control, Client satisfaction and aptitude for embracing the challenge is paramount to his construction successes.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Technology from Indiana State University and an Associate of Science degree from Vincennes University.


Wade Rugenstein - Senior Project Manager
Wade also brings 16+ years of construction experience to the Kite Construction team and has worked on coordinating, managing and executing the design / build process in multiple states.

Wade attended Vincennes University’s School of Technology and Architectural Drafting, as well as completing Management courses in Public and Environmental Affairs at IUPUI in Indianapolis.


Theresa Littleton - Assistant Project Manager
Theresa has been working in construction services for more than 6 years.  Theresa works with the construction team to coordinate and assist in all aspects of the construction process.
