- All Kite Construction employees receive a minimum of 10 hours of OSHA traing and participate in annual safety refresher courses.
- Weekly job site safety inspections and meetings are part of the work schedule
- Monitor all field operations for OSHA compliance with safety standards
- Monitor subcontractor tool box safety meetings
- Compile proper safety documentation for all activities
