You should have at least five years of experience in design-build office, industrial, retail and/or medical construction, plus at least a B.S. degree (Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or Urban Development), for positions such as:

• Project Engineers
• Superintendents
• Project Managers
• Pre-Construction Managers
